Positive: Lokalizacja perfekcyjna. Mieszkanie jest ogromne. Negative: Drzwi na balkon wymagają wymiany lub regulacji, nie ma szans żeby słabsze osoby były w stanie je otworzyć/zamknąć.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and has a lovely sea view. It is ideal for large families. The host is very responsive too. Negative: Aesthetically, the apartment needs a good uplifting.

Great for stag parties, life threatening for families! Positive: Location was good. View was amazing. Negative: It was dirty, there was a broken glass table and door lock was missing, the blinds were filthy, the walls were dirty the heaters were a health hazard, there was a broken window. There are too many things to note them all. My wife and I had to clean the day we got there, and we lost a day of our holiday waiting for the maintenance crew to come and fix the broken shower, ( on a side note, the workmen were lovely). I have more video and pictures, but they can't be posted here. The staff said they would come and inspect the property, but they didn't. We also asked for a late checkout, which was agreed on the Wednesday before we were leaving on the Saturday. On the Friday, we were informed we couldn't have the late departure time. I told them we were leaving when we had agreed and that was that.

Great Holiday Positive: The location was great. Apartment air-conditioning was great. The living room was enormous walking distance to restaurants and Tigne Shopping Centre bus stop just outside the apartment. Negative: The apartment was big, but in need of refurbishment. The walls are really dirty in need of painting, and beds need updating our beds bottom timber kept falling off. Front bacony door very hard to slide open you need to be a strong person to open it. walking in the main entrance is quite dirty and smells of urine not owners fault as it's the common area but the front door needs to be able to be able to be locked, PARKING is nearly impossible I spent between 20 to 30 minutes every day to find parking 😉 the positive thing you can use the public transport. The bus stop was just outside the apartment. The apartment has a great feeling about it but needs to be refurbished

Positive: The apartment was very large, with a great view to the sea. The locations was good with many facilities around. It was always to find parking place around. Negative: There was some water on the floor close to the fridge. The fridge was not working well, it does not refresh much, either in the max (position 5). I asked permission for late checkout, but there was no specific answer, just a reminder of the conditions to checkout. Either after a second contact there was no reply. The front windows are almost impossible to open, and one knob was completely damaged.
