Seafront property with beautiful views & outdoor STP004

Beau séjour avec vue sur la mer Positive: Bel appartement bien équipé avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Agencé sur 2 niveaux avec les chambres au premier et les pièces à vivre au second. Deux salles de bains et 3 WC. Negative: Un peu plus de linge de cuisine serait un plus.

Perfect for group stayings in Malta. Property is worth a visit. Positive: The seafront property has an amazing sea view from the balcony/terrace. Perfect for a dinner outside, especially with the opportunity of having a barbecue. Bedrooms are great. Roomy living room with a smart tv and AC. Kitchen is full-equipped and has mostly everything you need. Mostly needed spices was at the property. Oil was missing. If not, you have the perfect opportunity to go on a 2min walk to the a small supermarket. For week purchases you can go by bus. Bus stops are nicely connected and frequently, near the apartment. Also a 2 minute walk. The property supplier is really helpful and easy to contact. Fast replies. Negative: Kitchen is full-equipped, but not that great. Most of the devices are a little bit old/not perfectly working. Small amount of dishes, silverware and glasses. One of the two bedrooms do not have an air conditioner, but a ceiling fan. It’s a little bit hotter than the other room. It could be annoying on hot summer days.

Enjoyed our stay, few minor issues but hard to beat that view. Positive: Location was great, superb sea views over bay and to St Paul's Islands and Bugibba. Spacious property, comfy, SPAR supermarket nearby, and relatively peaceful being a little distance away from main street tucked away by school (so that was the only noticeable noise at start & end of school day - morning and early afternoon). Hosts were helpful sorting out a problem with the TV. Negative: Mainly the problems we experienced with no hot water in kitchen and one of the en-suite bathrooms apart from a day or so in the middle of the week. Fortunately the other en-suite with shower was great - good powerful hot shower, and could use kettle for washing up. There were a few minor problems that initially disappointed (because of superb finish in advertised photographs), but in actual fact did not detract from the property in the end - e.g. some tiling by stairs as enter property was unfinished, and fridge missing door pocket for bottles. Could benefit from instructions for oven & coffee maker (found enough information on the internet), and a welcome pack to identify nearest supermarket and other facilities. Such a high-spec apartment could also benefit from a freezer or small freezer compartment.

It seems too good to be true but the pictures on the website don't lie. The house is modern and clean. It's in a calm neighbourhood with a gorgeous view on St. Pauls bay! Enjoyed the breakfasts with the sun in our face and the sound of the sea, the evening walks along the shore watching the sunset. Loved it!
