Central 4BR, massive APT with private POOL & BBQ SWQ025

Very poor experience and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Not worth the almost 3,200EUR that I paid Positive: Nothing. Negative: Apartment not clean (floor was dirty, glasses and plates in the cupboard still covered in food as they’d not been washed, pillows were dirty). Unsafe condition (power sockets hanging off wall with wires exposed behind, beds broken and one actually collapsed in the night, exposed screws/ nails). No hot water? Lied about the amenities (no washing machine, no fire extinguisher). No washing machine but also refused to take away the old towels and bed sheets… Unable to use the air conditioning in my room as no remote was provided.

Nice apartment with pool ! Positive: Nice apartments with pool located in very comfortable location. Rooms was clean and large. Pool was clean. We had problem with another apartment and owner help us with Early check in.

Séjour en famille Positive: Les pièces sont spacieuses. Les lits sont faits et assez confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le WiFi fonctionne bien. Il y a un Green Market à 100 m, très pratique pour faire ses courses. Negative: Le logement est situé le long d'un boulevard bruyant. Les 2 chambres côté rue ne sont pas insonorisées, il est très difficile de dormir. La porte d'entrée n'est pas étanche, aussi elle laisse passer le bruit et l'eau. Pas de rideau de douche.

Disastrous and hazardous Positive: Central location Negative: 1. One of two bathrooms had no running water. 2. One a/c had mould on it posing legionella risk. 3. Another wall had mould on it underneath ankther ac. 4. One ac was not working 5. Broken furniture 6. Insufficient number of beds 7. Consdering the proce paid it was a total ripoff 8. Tried our best to contact them during and after the stay but were totally ignored. We could not leave since we had nowhere to stay and had work to do.

Overpriced disappointing Positive: The size is the apartment is only suitable for 4 guests. Host was attentive. But needs updating. Negative: No shower screen to en-suite so room flooded with water even with the quickest of shower. No drier. Condition of property is average. Mould in lounge and bedroom. Very noisy location being situated on main road. Two bedroom windows are at road level so every vehicle that drives by echoes into room being a main road there are pedestrians that also bang on windows and look straight into rooms. Curtains ore none existing in one room . No privacy.
