Negative: The property did not look like it was presented. There was no ac in the living room, the sofa was very uncomfortable. Some stains in the bed sheets. Apart from all, in the evening we spotted some cockroaches in the kitchen sink and in the bath tub.

Not worth it, even for a low price.
Negative: Almost everything was disappointing. The building is not very clean, the house had beds with part of the floor missing, there were cockroaches, no lighter for the stove, etc. Also a very uncomfortable sofa and a kitchen exhaust that was way too dirty. The curtain beam was broken in one bedroom, and in the other one the curtains were very insufficient to sleep. The images on booking are misleading.
