Cozy 1BR home in the centre of St Julians w/WIFI STJ025

Positive: The position is fine Negative: As soon as I entered in the flat I found the handle of the only window of the house that was broke, they sent someone to adjust it but the first night I slept with a window that could potentially be opened by anyone by the outside. Then the blankets of the bed were not clean, same for the pile I found in the wardrobe. I then asked to be refunded for at least the cleaning service and they didn't reply. I wouldn't recommend

Unfortunately I will not repeat it Positive: I just liked the location of the apartment Negative: - Dirty apartment with lots of hair on the floor - Dirty entrance to the building - Apartment that appears to have been refurbished, but the finishes are poor. When I went to put down my face towel, the towel holder fell to the floor because it was not installed correctly. - Very uncomfortable mattress - Bed pillows are not bed pillows. Only the pillowcases are.

Positive: Thank you a lot for nice apparment to stay! When I need something- you answer immediately! Not noisy place, good air-condition - it's very important at malta and really clean place. Thank you a lot! See you again 🥰

Séjour d'une semaine à 360 Estates Positive: Logement très bien équipé (cuisine, salle de bains) et neuf (vaisselle, électroménager...). Moustiquaire sur une partie de la baie vitrée 👍. Situation calme bien qu'à proximité de la ville et de ses animations, restaurants etc. Propriétaire réactif en cas de problème. Negative: Chambre lit 1 personne, dépourvue de fenêtre (en sousplex). Conduits d'évacuation d'eau de l'immeuble qui passent dans la chambre (bruits le soir tard et tôt le matin ). Logement très humide surtout la chambre (début d'apparition de champignons aux murs alors que l'appartement est neuf !) . Fuite d'eau (pb de canalisation collective) nécessitant l'intervention d'un professionnel et éventuellement l'accès au logement durant notre séjour. .
