Positive: The apartment is spacious and very well located (at least for the places we wanted to visit), with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away. Each room has air conditioning, and the smart TV lets you connect to Netflix, Disney, and more. We had been told to bring plug adapters, but there were also some available in the apartment.
Negative: It’s very difficult to get in touch with the people managing the property.
Two days before arriving in Malta, I received a message from one of them, asking me to send the details of our trip and our check-in time. On Booking it says check-in starts at 3:00 pm, but since we had an early flight and landed in Malta around 9:00 am, I suggested checking in before 12:00 pm (I even said “if it’s ok with you”). I never got a reply to that message. In the meantime, I was contacted on WhatsApp from a different number, asking me again for the flight details and telling me that they would be assisting us during our stay in Malta. When we arrived, I called the WhatsApp number regarding check-in, but nobody answered. I then sent a message through Booking, but again, no reply. Finally, I called the phone number listed on Booking, and someone picked up, telling me that we could not check in before 3:00 pm and that I had already been informed of this — but I had never received such a message. Eventually, around 1:30 pm, I got a link with the check-in instructions. Then, at 4:00 pm, after we had already checked in, I received a long message on Booking, clearly meant to have been sent the day before. It contained the same link and even mentioned that we should check 24 hours in advance to make sure we could access it — but how could I possibly check 24 hours in advance when I only received it at 4:00 pm, after check-in time? :)
Cleanliness left much to be desired.
Honestly, it didn’t look like the apartment had been cleaned before our arrival. The towels may have been washed, but they were still dirty, even black-stained. On the bed, after removing the duvet, I found lots of hair on the sheets. One of the sofa cushions was stained with lipstick. And the bathroom… the toilet was disgusting — I couldn’t sit on it without covering it with toilet paper first.
Also, on Booking it was mentioned that toiletries would be provided (shampoo, shower gel, soap).

Fantastyczny apartament
Positive: Piękna aranżacja, bardzo przyjemna lokalizacja, nowoczesny budynek z windą, wygodne łóżka, przestronne pokoje.
Negative: Mały problem z zameldowaniem, mała ilość papieru toaletowego jak na tygodniowy pobyt 4 osób, wyposażenie w kuchni (gąbka do mycia naczyń, ręcznik papierowy lub szufelka)

Estancia perfecta para no usar cocina ni necesitar nada del anfitrión
Positive: Amplitud del apartamento y muy buen aire acondicionado
Negative: No hay ninguna dotación para cocinar
El anfitrión se desentendió completamente durante nuestra estancia
Nunca preguntó si necesitábamos algo y cuando le comentamos que no funcionaba la cafetera , lo leyó y ni contestó
