Central, spacious, large APT with super comfy BEDS PTA010

Very good apartment. Positive: Large, newer apartment. Good and quiet location, close to bus stations, shops and restaurants. Ok bathrooms, large kitchen+dining room, tidy. Clean bedding and towels. Always enough hot water. Negative: Two rooms have windows facing a dark area.

Schade. Die eigentlich schöne und saubere Wohnung kann man so nicht weiterempfehlen Positive: 3 Bäder waren komfortabel. Es war sehr sauber. Die Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Negative: Im Schlafzimmer, das an die Baustelle anschließt, ist bei Regen das Wasser an der Wand runter gelaufen. Wir hatten eine Überschwemmung bis in den Flur am letzten Tag. Das muss unbedingt gerichtet werden. Als wir ankamen waren schon Stücke des Putzes weg. Es gibt wirklich keine Kaffeemaschine, obwohl in der Beschreibung eine angegeben ist. In Küche/Wohnzimmer ist es im Winter zu kalt, da keine Heizung vorhanden ist. Im Innenhof des Hauses wird ein Hund gehalten, der ständig mitleidig bellt. Keine kleinen Töpfe.

Decent but needs some work Positive: Restaurants and shops were close by. Close to the airport. Quiet location. Parking garage right across the street. Quick response to issues by the management. Negative: Issues with locks on a window and the kitchen balcony door. The wall one of the back rooms was peeling and falling all over our bed and belongings. Toilet seat of one of the bathrooms was not connected to the toilet. The management did state that they would be fixing these issues. Also forgot to mention to them that the drying rack above the sink was very rusty. Could have used some more seating in the living area so everyone could sit together but still a nice place.

Good location, spacious apartment, very nice host. Need few improvements to be at full potential Positive: Spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 of them with thier own bathroom. Negative: No dishwasher. No cofee machine. Very few pans. One bathroom with important signs of flooding

Positive: Dobre wyposażenie, spokojna okolica, blisko przystanku i sklepów. Obok bar,w której serwują bardzo dobre jedzenie.
