Excellent stay in comfortable flat Positive: Really well situated and well kept property. Easy for transport options by bus and boat - just ten mins away.

Horrible rental Positive: The experience in total was so bad that I really can't write anything good Negative: The property is on the 4th floor without a working lift even though in its description it says it has a lift. I specifically wrote and asked about the lift since I was travelling with my elderly mother. On arrival the liftwas not working and we were told the problem would be fixed shortly we stayed 6 days and the lift was never fixed ,they lied to us. The beds make a noise every time u move a bit ,the one bathroom door does not open , there is a squeaky noise emitted every few secs in the kitchen -sitting area so if anyone plans on sleeping on the couch just forget it!!! Toilet paper on a ration 2 for six days for 3 people needless to say they never brought more, bring your own detergent for the washer there is none. No hand soap in the bathroom and the towels are never changed. All in all it was HORRIBLE. I travel a lot I've never ever had this bad a trip and to think this was a gift for my mom! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have mails from a tenant in the building proving that the lift problem was from April 19 their is water in the shaft it was shut down because of safety they have to pump the water out to fix it!! CAUTION DONOT BOOK if u cannot climb 4 flights of narrow stairs daily.

Positive: Location close to the Ferry and many restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The apartment was clean and accessible with lift or stairs. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 balcony, kitchen equipment and everything one needs for a comfy vacation. Negative: The structure of the bed were making a loud noise any time you just sit on it, like it was going to break any moment, but the matrass was really good. The main door downstairs got stuck one evening cause someone closed it with the key >We only had a code to input in that door and no key, so we had to wait for someone to open manually and it took 1hour)
