Travaux de plomberie à réaliser pour avoir de l eau en continue
Positive: Les commerces à proximité
Negative: Gros problème pour avoir de l eau dans les salles de bains pendant 1 semaine malgré une demande journalière auprès du propriétaire, la vue ne donnait pas sur un jardin mais sur 1 décharge de matériel du bâtiment, les 110 m2 annoncés dans le descriptif représentait moins

Positive: Dejkig stor lejlighedmed alt hvad der skulle være.Stor terasse god beliggenhed tæt på alt .Fedt med vaskemaskine .
Negative: Larm fra gaden kunne høres meget i det ene soveværelse .Manglede parasol på terrassen. Meget varierende vandtryk.Håndklæder var vist ikke "High quality "som beskrevet .
