Positive: I like everything outside this property. Negative: 1) Bed is broken. They simply replaced the frame strip and though it was fixed, but it was still broken during the stay 2) Sofa bed is not set up properly for people to stay, no linen was provided for sofa bed 3) Apartment is full of red ants (we only took a picture with 1 ant but there are more) 4) On their own check in guide, they mentioned they have cockroaches and ants themselves 5) Customer elevator is broken, we were kept inside for 1 hour with my 1 year old baby 6) There are bed bugs, my wife got bitten very badly 7) There is a bar around the corner of the street, so the apartment is very noisy 8) No proactive customer service from hotel, everyday I have to contact them for any updates of my complaint

Very good accommodation and in a great location. Positive: Very good location Negative: The bed mattress does need to be changed. It is very lumpy and uneven.

I liked the place, but after the loud noise I asked to leave early because I couldn’t sleep. The owner wouldn’t credit m Positive: It was in a great location and they replaced the broken shower head immediately after I reported it. Very attentive. Negative: The noise across the street from the bar and next door on the construction was very disruptive and I was not able to sleep.
