Charming home with Sea views & Maltese Balcony VLT011

Great views and central location Positive: The apartment is spacious, light and airy and has great views. It is in a good location for exploring Valletta. Negative: It took ages to find the apartment as it is not where Google maps takes you and the link in the property manual sent by 360 is also wrong. Had to contact them for help and hope they have now amended the manual. Actual location is Republic St/ junction with St Elmo Place opposite the War Museum. We knew it was on the 3rd floor but be aware the stairs are steep, narrow and spiral. There are 2 switches on the bedroom wall which turn on hot water in the bathroom. These had been switched off when we arrived. 360 sorted this quickly but it would be so easy to put info in the manual. We queried why no hot water supply to the kitchen sink despite a switch labelled hot water and what looks like a heater. Were told no hot water to kitchen. Also no plug that fits kitchen sink or washing up bowl so washing up was a pain. We could not get TV to work reported it and got no response. Think there must be a connecting lead or aerial missing as it isn't picking up channels. Everything provided feels like the minimum - 1 set of towels and 1 tea towel for a week, shower gel but no soap etc. Despite all these gripes the location, views and generous space made for a good week. It would be so easy to sort most of this and we are not the first to say so!

We loved flat, loved Valetta and loved Malta ! Positive: Clean, open plan, top floor for amazing views, Bed, Negative: Property not precisely as per map sent us, it is in-fact about another 100m around the bend in Republic St. the taxi driver from Booking.com had no idea either so it took us a good hour to find it. Very low pressure in bathroom sink. Noisy neighbour with motorbike!!

Good sea view and bad everything Positive: The property has a very beautiful sea view. Bed was comfy. Negative: The location is in a diferent place than marked on booking. Floor was dirty. Apartment was not ready before 15:00 (the check-in time) and I had to wait one hour longer to get in. No soap, water from the tap was very poor pressure. Dirty cups.

NE RESERVEZ PAS CET APPARTEMENT Positive: L'emplacement Negative: La femme de ménage passe le matin mais ces gens ne vous autorisent pas à entrer dans l'appartement même 30 minutes avant 15h00. Ils vous laisseront en plein cagnard. Mauvaise localisation sur l'annonce. Ce n'est pas le bon endroit. Du coup le taxi vous dépose loin de l'apparemment. À l'arrivée, pas de bouteille d'eau dans le frigo, rien, même pas de sel. Vous devez tout acheter. Les sols n'ont pas été lavés. Pieds nus vos pieds deviennent noirs. La poussière est sous les meubles, le lit et le canapés. Il n'y a pas de serpillière à disposition, pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, pas de produits. Un seul jeu de serviettes pour une semaine. Toute la vaisselle est sale à l'arrivée.
