Cosy 3BR Home with breathtaking views of St Pauls STP035

Negative: The elevator wasn't working, really great walking up 5 floors. The washing machine wasn't working, and they just kept promising to fix it. And the whole building was a construction site.

Disappointing - apartment was dirty & poor customer service Negative: I had messaged the hosts on two separate occasions before our stay to get the location for our airport transfer. I was ignored on both occasions, and only received the location once I had called them and asked for it. The location in their booklet was also incorrect. I had booked the apartment for 7 people which meant that the sofa bed would be in use during our stay. When I arrived, there was no pillow for the sofa bed , and I had to request for one. There was also no hand soap in the bathrooms nor any sponge to wash plates - just basic things I’d expect in an apartment. Some of the duvets and bedding had strange stains on them which brought into question how clean the bedding was in general and made the whole stay uncomfortable. I had to request for extra bedding due to this. I would send messages to 360 group with no response, only getting assistance from them once I had called to complain about the lack of response. The building was quite strange as if it’s still being completed and the lift seemed like it would break at any minute. All in all I would not recommend, very disappointed by the service and the lack of cleanliness in the apartment, it is the worst holiday apartment I have ever stayed in.
