Mathew simply lacks empathy.
Positive: Pictures on Booking.com to entice people just to collect their money without offering the service.
Negative: The fact that Mathew gave out my details to Mimi +35677128934 a tour guide without my consent and refused to contact me when I got confused and had to stay in another apartment. Very sad experience!
