Positive: Nice view from the window. Large apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, that was important to us. There are no grocery stores nearby. The house is located on a hill, you have to go up and down. It will be inconvenient for those who have difficulty walking or since we were without a car, we traveled by bus. It was a good exercise for us.
