Positive: L’emplacement et le prix très compétitif
Lave linge et sèche linge.
Negative: Les finitions sont très mal faites, sur 3 Clim/chauffages 1 était en panne, le sèche cheveux
Ne souffle que du froid et les murs de la cuisine et du salon ont des champignons dus à l’humidité.

Positive: Zentrale Lage. Schlüsselloser Zugang via Keypads. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Agentur.
Negative: Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich funktioniert nicht. Merkwürdige Anbringung des Fernsehers, circa 1m entfernt vom Sofa. Etwas laute Umgebung.
