Positive: The apartment is spacious, the rooms are sufficient for the number of the guests. I liked the large dinner table and the comfortable sofa.

Good if you plan to enjoy pool area :)
Positive: The pool area is amazing and well kept.
The actual court and common area is beautiful.
Negative: The facilities of the apartment are lacking. This place has a massive potential but some serious maintenance needs to be done.
Beds, Pillows and sofa are not comfortable
Old A/Cs
Fridge does not keep very cold
More surface area needed in bedrooms and bathroom (like shelves).
Most of the time we spent it outside in pool area which is amazing, but for a longer stay perhaps, the flat can be more comfortable with just some maintenance and love
