Positive: Beautiful old townhouse in pictures Negative: Left the property 3 weeks into a month's vacation. The 1 st week there we felt itchy and thought a change to the weather, 2nd week weather was a lot warmer and itching was worse, by the 3rd week had lots of bites on our skin, there were pigeons nests in the ventilation shafts and lots of pigeons on the roof, there was some kind of disturbance to these one day with a lot of strange sounds coming from shafts after that an infestation became apparent. We called 360 Estates they asked us to be out the house the next day all day and would send someone round to remove the nests and fumigate . We asked if it was safe for us to stay there and what chemicals were to be used after nests removed, ( as my partner has cancer and also wears a mask to sleep with). The person who came to spray didn't give us time to leave and said to just shut the toilet doors for an hour! We left once we were ready as cleaners were also being sent to clean up. We arrived back late afternoon and cleaners still there, the head cleaner was scratching whilst we talked to him and said he would let 360 Estates know how itchy he was as we had said before to Umberto at 360 Estates all the rooms were infested and useless to just remove the nests and spray chemicals in one area only ( the shaft ran all around the house) That night was the worst ever, probably because the nests were disturbed, we messaged 360 estates in the early hours of the morning as we were so itchy that we couldn't sleep in the bed, they said would send someone else round and asked us to be out the house all day again. We left early next day to accommodate the request, but later in the morning Umberto called to say "owner was taking house off the rental market and having full fumigation at their own expense" and could we leave the property, I asked would 360 provide other accommodation and was told "sorry had no property to rent as fully booked.
