Duplex penthouse in Valletta with Terrace Views VLT021

Poor. Positive: Location Negative: The property lacked communication completely. They did not respond to an early check in request until the day prior to travel (the request was placed 4 weeks in advance). Additionally they were not willing to accommodate various other simple requests, using their policy as a shield to accommodate any various request. The apartment was on the top floor with no elevator and the air conditioning was off when we entered and took hours to cool the room off in the middle of the summer. Overall poor customer service and very average apartment considering the costs.

Très bien Positive: Super emplacement non loin des rues principales et des nombreux restaurants à La Valette,à 5mn du ferry pour Sliema. Terrasse appréciable sur le toit avec une belle vue sur la mer et quelques monuments. Propreté et fonctionnalité de l'appartement. Instructions claires pour les check in et check out qui furent simple et rapide. Instructions et informations générales sur la location transmises en amont. Negative: Appartement au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Le débit de l'eau dans la salle de bain.

Positive: Дуже красивий вид на Сліму та дахи поруч. Щоб вийти на терасу, треба відкрити двері на кухні. На терасі є два лежаки, можна використувати. Але буває досить вітряно, влітку треба парасолю. На кухні є достатньо посуду, щоб приготувати їжу. Є холодильник. Меблі на кухні потребують ремонту. Пральна машина знаходиться на коридорі перед входом у квартиру. Є засіб для прання. Є кондиціонери на двох рівнях, коли ми були, то було прохолодно, включали їх для обігріву. Вай фай був добрим для роботи лише на другому поверсі, в спальні вже гірший. Одразу біля будинку є паром до Сліми. Все місто можна обійти пішки. Продуктова крамниця є на сусідній вуличці. Negative: Квартира знаходиться на високому 4 поверсі, що створює великі труднощі, якщо маєте проблеми зі здоровʼям, ліфту немає, з валізами буде не просто. Коли ми заїхали на тиждень, то в квартирі не було нічого, жодного мила в душі чи мила на кухні, щоб мити посуд. На наше прохання нам дали лише один флакон мила. Хоча туалет на першому поверсі, а душ на другому. Те саме з туалетним папером, побажання залишайте по кілька рулонів. Квартира складається з двох рівнів. На першому спальня і туалет.
