nice, but loud appartment in the middle of the party
Positive: the equipment in the appartment is good, but it seems a bit old. The location is generally good if you´re looking for party as everything is close by...
Negative: ... but you should definitely be either a good sleeper or a partyfreak, who won´t come home before 4am (at weekend at least), as a club is located right in the building and another one on the opposite side of the street it is extraordinarily loud.
