Extremely stressful experience Positive: The location Negative: Chose property for lift for my 88 year old mother. It was broken down for most of our stay. Six flights of stairs. No lights in the stairwell or corridor. Mould in the property. One very uncomfortable mattress. Bad toilet smells. Property manager rude and dismissive as well as booking.com who kept hanging up on calls that we made. Had to leave early bc mums health suffered and we both got extreme stress over the ignorance and unprofessional service creating high anxiety. Got 15 hours notice when approved to leave early which left us with only that time to find another property. Have photo evidence of everything and are in the process of reporting on social media and trip advisor.

Brilliant location! All negative did not really impacted, due to that. Positive: Location was perfect. Comfortable apartment. Not really as nice as in photos. Negative: The building complex was fantastic from outside. Surprisingly bad staircase and hallways. Elevator barely worked. No light in hallways.
