I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel obligated to warn others. This stay was an absolute nightmare. There is major construction going on throughout the entire building – there’s even a crane on the roof. From early morning until evening, there is constant construction noise. On top of that, there’s loud noise from the street due to more construction work nearby. And if that wasn’t enough, every evening around 8:00 PM, a small restaurant directly across the street starts blasting loud live music or a DJ set – every single night – until around 2:00 AM. Sleeping is simply impossible. Then at 7:00 AM, the construction noise starts all over again. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life. What made it even worse was the agency’s complete lack of response. I sent three messages complaining that it’s unacceptable to rent out a place without informing guests about the permanent noise – and I received no reply at all. Only after contacting Booking.com did I finally hear back, and even then, I kept receiving the same generic response: "Please check the cancellation policy." They refused to take any responsibility, and I was told I would not get any refund. I originally booked for four weeks at a high price, but ended up leaving after just six days because it was simply unbearable. I had to find new accommodation at my own expense. My sincere advice: Do not book this place – especially not for this kind of money. The noise is extreme, communication is nonexistent, and the way guests are treated is completely unacceptable. This was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.
